Attorney Hollenbeck has been practicing law in Bradford since 1985 and serves his clients based upon thirty-five years of valuable experience while incorporating technological advances within the practice of law to provide his clients with the most effective combination of one-on-one client contact, thorough legal representation, and cost effectiveness.

Mr. Hollenbeck is a lifelong resident of Bradford having graduated from Bradford Central Christian High School in 1977. He attended Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania. While at Allegheny, he joined the United States Marine Corps., enrolling and participating in its Officer Candidate School in Virginia. Mr. Hollenbeck received an Honorable Discharge from the Marine Corps. in 1980 and graduated from Allegheny College in 1981. After working a year for the Public Defender’s Service in Washington, DC, Mr. Hollenbeck graduated from Capital University Law School in 1985.

Attorney Graffius graduate cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in May 2016, and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in October 2016. A 2009 graduate of Bradford Area High School, Casey volunteered for Rebuilding Together and played baseball and football for the Bradford Owls. A letter-winner and captain of the Bradford Owl football team, Casey was selected to, and participated in the 2009 Don Raabe Big 30 All-Star Football Charity Classic.

After graduating high school, Mr. Graffius graduated cum laude from Gannon University in May 2013 with a degree in Legal Studies and minors in Pre-Law and Political Science.

During law school, Mr. Graffius served as a staff editor on the University of Pittsburgh Law Review from 2014 – 2015, served as a managing editor on the University of Pittsburgh Law Review from 2015 – 2016, and received the Dean’s Scholarship each year.
